BOMA's monthly newsletter goes to more than 700 reasers, including property owners & managers, chief engineers and other BOMA members.

Advertising costs in 2010 ranged from $143 for a business card ad to $507 for a half-page ad.

This publication features our local candidates for TOBY awards and is printed as an insert in the Twin Cities Business Journal. The publicaoin offers an opportunity for the TOBY buildings' service providers to share the spotlifhts with an ad ranging from just a logo up to half a page.

Luncheon Sponsorships

There are two different types of luncheons:
Property Managers Luncheons and Superintendents Association Luncheons.
Property Managers Luncheons
(7 General Meetings downtown, 4 Suburban meetings.)
Luncheon sponsorships are $500 per meeting with a limit of one per year. (There will be only one sponsor per meeting with the exception of our special January meeting and our Annual Meeting in April.)
  • Have a display table at the meeting with the opportunity to showcase your services or products;
  • Be recognized in a continuously looping 30 minute PowerPoint presentation at the beginning of the meeting;
  • Be named in our newsletter and website as the program's sponsor.

Superintendents Luncheons (9 per year)
Luncheon sponsorship is $350 per meeting and provides the same recognition to a different audience!
Seminars
We jointly sponsor two seminars annually with St. Paul BOMA. Sponsorship fees are determined by the Education Committee but they range from $125-750.
